Edwanna Andrews ( Assistant Director, LINK)

Edwanna Andrews, Assistant Director of Transition Leadership is a Golden Knight through and through receiving both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Central Florida. Edwanna previously worked as an Academic Advisor for SARC where she enjoyed building a rapport with students and assisting them as they transition to the university. Establishing opportunities for students to achieve the "light bulb moment" Edwanna enjoys advising student organizations, teaching SLS 1501 and LEAD Scholar students.

Dr. Germayne Graham (Assistant Director, LEAD Scholars Program)

Dr. Germayne Graham has been with the university since 2001. Dr. Graham joined LEAD Scholars in July, 2007 and was most recently a psychologist with the Counseling Center.

Kelli Hutchens (Coordinator, LINK)

Kelli Hutches serves as the Coordinator for LINK (Learning and Interacting with New Knights) and other leadership programs for students in transition. Working as a member of the leadership programs team, she also teaches classes for first year LEAD Scholars. Prior to joining the Golden Knights at UCF, Kelli obtained her M.A. in Higher Education in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy (EDPL) from the University of Maryland, College Park. At Maryland, she also served as an Academic Advisor, a Graduate Research Assistant, and a course instructor. Kelli is an ardent Buckeye fan, as she earned her B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and worked full time at the Ohio State University Medical Center while working towards her undergraduate degree. Her primary research interests and passions lie in college access and retention for African Americans, Latino/as, and first-generation college students.

Stacey Lazenby Malaret (Associate Director, LEAD Scholars Program)

Stacey Lazenby received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1996 and her Master's degree in Counselor Education form UCF in 1998. Ms. Lazenby most recently comes to the LEAD Scholars Program at UCF from Saint Joseph's College in Indiana. She is an Assistant Director for the LEAD Scholars Program and works with second year students in the program.

Gary Morgan-Muskin (Director, LEAD Scholars Program)

Gary Morgan came to UCF from Boston College where he served as the Associate Dean for Student Development. Gary has worked for more than 22 years in higher education as the Associate Dean for Graduate Student Affairs and Associate Dean of Students at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Director of Student Development at Avila College (MO) and Director of New Student Orientation and in residence life at Georgetown University (DC). He completed his bachelor's degree in Communication Studies-radio/TV/film at Northern Illinois University, his master's degree in College Student Personnel at Bowling Green State University (OH) and completed doctoral work (ABD) at the University of South Carolina in Higher Education Administration.

Gary serves as the Director of the LEAD Scholars program overseeing all aspects of the program. He arrived at UCF in July 2004.
