To have community service be a part of the goals of the university by implementing service learning and cooperating more efficiently with the other service oriented organizations. -Renee Blanchard

For the Speaker's Team of the LEAD Scholars Program to design and present Open House information sessions that excite and motivate prospective students while exhibiting LEAD Scholars as a way to become integrated with leadership roles on campus and for the Speaker's Team as a whole to take a more active role in meeting guest speakers, taking part in activities, and displaying their speaking skills during Leadership Week. -Jenny Brown

To 'U-Knight' the entire University of Central Florida community through programs, projects, and events. To instill an overwhelming sense of belonging and pride within each UCF Golden Knight. -Katie Campbell

For all UCF students to believe in the importance of active volunteerism and engage service projects dealing with issues dear to their hearts. -Punam Engineer

For all CEL to be the leadership organization at UCF, comparable to PLC. To have a retention rate of 100% of all members and increase our public relations to get the name CEL out to the UCF community. -Elizabeth Geer
